Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Administrator to join a Financial planning and Investment Management firm in Dublin.
Our client is a specialist in the Investment Management and Financial Planning industry, and offer bespoke service to HNW and UHNW clients across the UK and Ireland. As their proposition continues to grow and the team expands, they are looking to bring on an Onboarding Administrator to join the Onboarding department.
Duties:
- Review of new client account packs, ensuring they adhere to AML requirements
- Liaise with the Investment Managers
- Update the back office systems with relevant documents and client information
- General administration duties on an adhoc basis
