Fully remote Paraplanner opportunity with a growing, financial planning firm offering exposure to complex cases and long-term progression.
Recruit UK are working with a growing and highly regarded financial planning firm that is continuing to expand through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Due to this continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and delivering high-quality, holistic advice across a varied and often complex client base.
This is a fully remote opportunity offering strong technical exposure, involvement in complex cases, and the chance to join a business during an exciting phase of expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Writing detailed and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments and protection
- Supporting annual reviews and ongoing suitability assessments
- Conducting technical research across a wide range of financial planning areas
- Preparing client meeting packs and recommendations
- Liaising with providers to obtain information and illustrations
- Ensuring all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards
- Maintaining accurate client records and supporting the wider advice process

Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner within a UK financial planning firm
- Diploma qualified (DipPFS or equivalent Level 4)
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
- Experience writing high-quality suitability reports
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
