Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Performance Manager to join a Financial Planning company.
Are you currently working in a management position within financial planning but looking for a new challenge?
Perhaps you’re working as a successful Financial Adviser but looking to take that step into a management role?
Our client is a UK wide Independent Financial Planning company, who are specialists in the field of wealth management, Retirement planning, tax planning and investments. As their proposition and company continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a Performance Manager in Belfast. You will be working alongside the Performance Director to ensure the success of the Financial Advisers across Ireland.
Duties:
- Drive business performance and support advisers with their business plans
- Monitor and support staff performance
- Build strong working relationships, having difficult conversations for positive outcomes
- Drive and manage operational efficiency
- Help drive recruitment and growth of the team across Ireland
Benefits:

Skills and experience required:
- Experience driving business, monitoring staff and general people management within the financial planning industry
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and UK market
- Strong management skills and proven record increasing efficiency
