Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Platform Administrator for a Financial Planning company.

 

Our client is a successful and growing financial planning and wealth management company, who work with clients across the UK. As their offering continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a Platform Administrator to join their platform team.

 

Duties:

  • Manage client servicing inbox and platform helpdesk
  • Liaise with the platform providers to manage queries and updates
  • Reporting and auditing the platform investment accounts
  • Support with onboarding new accounts
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Skills and experience required:

Due to the nature of recruitment, a significant number of candidates reconnect with our organisation periodically. It is not uncommon for this to occur years after we have placed them in a role.
