Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Platform Administrator for a Financial Planning company.
Our client is a successful and growing financial planning and wealth management company, who work with clients across the UK. As their offering continues to grow, they are looking to bring on a Platform Administrator to join their platform team.
Duties:
- Manage client servicing inbox and platform helpdesk
- Liaise with the platform providers to manage queries and updates
- Reporting and auditing the platform investment accounts
- Support with onboarding new accounts
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in a similar position, ideally with a product provider in an administration role
- Strong communication, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK products and regulations
