Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Advisor to join a respectable Wealth Management Company.
They are looking to hire for the long-term, so have an excellent benefits package, treat their staff well.
They are actively seeking a Financial Advisor to join the current team in Hertfordshire who is determined and willing to win new business. My client is firmly established and have a very strong client bank. As time goes on these clients will be passed down to the new IFA to share the workload. As an experienced advisor you should want to help clients create a plan that’s right for them. So, the very first conversation will simply be listening to the clients circumstances, plans and aspirations. Following on from that the second meeting will be more detailed and understanding what the client has already in place.
My client specialises in most IFA areas.
Skills and experience required:
- 4 years plus Financial Advisor experience
- Track record of winning new business & onboarding new clients
- CAS status
- In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations, regulatory requirements, and compliance best practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
