Job Description:
Recruit UK are working alongside a specialist Financial Planning company, who are looking to expand their Administrator team.
This successful and growing company are looking after clients across the South West, offering a wide range of advice in private financial planning. With over 100 years of advising experience across the team, they truly are experienced and specialist in what they do. They are now looking to bring on another team member to the administration department.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Dealing with client and third party queries
- Preparing files following client meetings, both new and existing business
- Processing applications accurately through their online systems
- Support the junior administrators in their technical queries and training where required

Skills and experience required:
- Prior experience working in Financial Planning, within an administration/back office position
- Experience with basic report writing
- Experience with back office systems, including iBusiness, Salesforce and DocuSign (ideal)
- Preferably some industry relevant qualification
