Job Description:
As a Senior Financial Planner and Associate Director you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, holistic financial planning advice to new and existing clients. You’ll build long-term trusted relationships, identify new business opportunities and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to provide tailored wealth management solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, retirement, tax and estate planning.
- Build, develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Generate new business through referrals, professional introducers and personal networking.
- Conduct regular client reviews, ensuring recommendations remain suitable and aligned to clients’ objectives.
- Work closely with investment managers and other professional specialists to deliver integrated advice.
- Develop relationships with accountants, solicitors and other professional introducers.
- Maintain an active new business pipeline and accurate client records.
- Ensure all advice meets FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.

Skills & Experience Needed:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum) with a current SPS
- Proven experience providing holistic financial planning advice
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, inheritance tax and retirement planning.
- A track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Experience generating new business and developing professional introducer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client-first approach with strong commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider professional team.
- A strong understanding of FCA regulations and delivering compliant, high-quality advice.
