Job Description:
Are you an experienced compliance professional passionate about shaping the training and competence landscape within a dynamic wealth management firm?
My client based in Birmingham, a prestigious and growing financial planning company, are looking for a dedicated Training & Competence Manager (T&C) to drive their regulatory excellence and ensure their staff are equipped to deliver the highest standards of service and compliance.
As the T&C Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing our comprehensive Training & Competence (T&C) program, ensuring that staff meet all FCA regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you’ll take charge of delivering tailored training for new starters, setting robust competency standards, and continually refining our T&C practices to reflect industry and regulatory changes.

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience as a T&C Manager in a wealth management company
- Ability to train, develop and motivate staff
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
