Job Description:
Recruit UK are working with a Financial Planning company looking for a Client Administrator to join their back office team.
This successful and growing company are specialist in offering tailored wealth management solutions to clients across the UK. As their client base continues to expand, they are looking to grow their back office team, bringing on an administrator to support the advisers.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Liaising with clients and product providers
- Managing appointments, setting up meeting rooms etc
- Maintaining client records on the back office
- General administration such as phone calls, filing

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience working in administration
- Ideally experience working in Financial Planning, or an interest in working in the industry
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Intelligent Office
