Job Description:
We are working on an excellent opportunity for a Client Administrator with one of our high net worth clients near Norwich.
My client is an independent firm who are very friendly and want to add to their admin team supporting the Financial Advisors.
They are looking to hire for the long-term, so have an excellent benefits package, treat their staff well and are able to offer professional development and career progression opportunities.
The role will include processing new business, preparing review packs, performing fund switches and withdrawals and acting as point of contact for their lovely clients.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Support the practice managers
- Managing travel and accommodation for advisers
- Liaising with clients, including email, phone calls and welcoming them at the office
- General admin such as filing, canning, archiving etc

Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 month’s + of Financial Administrator experience.
