The Role:
As a Financial Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in delivering smooth, compliant, and professional support across the advice process. You’ll be part of a collaborative, friendly team who value attention to detail and excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administration of life, pension, and investment business
- Prepare client packs, authority letters, and upload key documentation
- Perform AML checks and ensure compliance is met
- Use internal systems to track and manage business cases
- Keep advisers and clients updated throughout the process

Skills and experience required:
- At least 1 years’ experience in an IFA administration role
- Strong understanding of financial planning and client service processes
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Confident using systems and databases
