Are you an experienced IFA administrator with strong technical and administrative knowledge? Then this role is for you!
Recruit UK is working with a firm in Sheffield that is looking for an IFA administrator to join their support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an IFA administrator with strong technical knowledge looking to keep developing their skill set and support financial planners across a variety of duties.
Main responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients regarding appointments, documents, and general inquiries.
- Assisting in the onboarding process of new clients, collecting necessary information and documentation.
- Maintaining accurate and updated client records and databases.
- Conducting research on financial products, investment opportunities, and insurance policies.
- Comparing different financial products helps advisors recommend suitable options to clients.
- Assisting in financial analysis and preparing reports for clients under the guidance of financial advisors.
- Preparing client review packs.
- Writing suitability reports.
- Liaising and collaborating with other departments.
- Staying updated with financial regulations and ensuring all activities comply with legal standards
- General administrative support.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in an advisor support position.
- Strong financial planning background.
- Confident with intelligent office systems.
- Knowledge of products such as Aviva, Parmenion and 7IM.
- Proven ability to work within a team.
- Good technical knowledge in pensions, protection, and investments
- Excellent communication skills.
