About the Role:
Recruit UK is seeking a Client Reporting, Fulfilment & Mailroom Specialist to join a rapidly growing Wealth Management company. You’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely production and distribution of client reports and correspondence, ensuring all regulatory deadlines are met.
As the company’s go-to expert, you’ll oversee bulk printing and mailroom tasks, working closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth and efficient service. Attention to detail, strong communication, and flexibility to work outside normal hours are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce, print, and dispatch individual and bulk client documentation daily, ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines.
- Handle periodic valuation statements, quarterly and annual tax statements production and distribution.
- Perform control checks to guarantee quality, accuracy, and completeness of all client reporting outputs.
- Manage mailroom duties, including sorting, scanning, and archiving all incoming and outgoing mail across the business.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Support ad hoc bulk mailings and documentation printing as required.
- Assist in maintaining departmental procedures and collating operational statistics.
- Participate in projects aimed at process improvement and operational excellence.

What They are Looking for:
- Previous experience within Financial Services, preferably Wealth Management.
- Familiarity with bulk printing and mail merge production is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A clear understanding of the regulatory framework
