Are you currently an IFA administrator looking to expand your skills and become a paraplanner in the near future? Maybe you are already in a Paraplanner role, but feel you are not being offered the level of support and training you were promised?
Well this new role through Recruit UK may be of interest to you. It is a Paraplanner role with a Chartered financial planning firm based south of the River Thames. They provide expert financial advice to a range of clients and an influx in business means that they need extra support within their back office.
They house a dedicated team of administrators and paraplanners, so there will be a fantastic support network in place for you, whilst you get your training under way and gain your full level 4 Financial diploma.
You will carry out general financial administration duties, including updating in house systems with confidential client data, preparing literature for client meetings and being a point of contact for key stakeholders of the business, but you will also develop your skills further in report writing, analysing statistics and conducting research for providers and investments.
To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone who has;
- Proven experience of working in IFA Administration / Paraplanning
- Experience of report writing and research.
- A good understanding of compliance and FCA regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Hold relevant financial qualifications, on route to the Level 4 Diploma if not already obtained.
- Strong IT and technical abilities / knowledge of all microsoft packages.
