We are currently assisting a client of ours with the hire of a very specific individual. The role available is incredibly attractive and will see the successful candidate advance their career rapidly. Our client is an IFA practice based in South Buckinghamshire; they provide a range of services to private and corporate clients in the local area.
The role they are looking to fill is a trainee paraplanner position. The role will see you start at the company as an administrator progressing to a technical paraplanner overtime. This will require you to have already worked in an administration position within the financial services industry, ideally within life and pension administration, to enable you to become part of the team immediately.
The role will include general office administration, the processing of new business and case administration and file maintenance.
The existing team is fairly small with 8-9 IFAs. The environment will allow for a newcomer to really get involved at ‘grass roots’ level, and the successful candidate will gain exposure to all elements of the financial planning process.
