One of the Leading Investment Management companies in the UK. They provide a high – quality service to the discerning private investor. This role involves supporting in all aspects of administration for the Investment Managers.
Duties include:
¥Provide a professional service to all clients; develop new and existing client relationships
¥Provide high-level support to the team of Investment Managers
¥First point of contact with clients, in person, on the phone or email – excellent customer service at all times
¥General administration duties including typing correspondence, database maintenance, filing and scanning
¥Processing invoices and maintaining records
¥Ensuring valuations are produced and despatched to clients within regulatory time-scales
¥Liaison with clients, registrars, intermediaries, solicitors; making appointments, checking holdings etc
¥Assisting the broker with following up potential new client connections and ensuring that the necessary forms are completed and
fully processed
¥Delegate and monitor appropriate duties to support staff
You:
¥Educated to GCSE or equivalent level including Maths and English
¥Background in financial services advantageous, but not essential
¥Good numeracy skills
¥Articulate and diplomatic at all times
¥Excellent communication skills
¥Strong attention to detail
¥Strong team ethic
¥Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining highly organised and efficient
You will receive:
¥Salary up to £22,000 – great benefits

¥37.5 hours a week
