If so, we have a unique opportunity available for an individual that will receive mentoring within an award-winning company!
This firm has a nationwide presence within the industry. The Bracknell office has a large client bank of UHNW/HNW individuals and a strong team of planners. Due to their continued success, they’re looking to expand the team with an Associate Financial Planner. You’ll have exposure to the full financial planning process which is central to this unique opportunity.
The purpose of this role is to develop your experience and learn through shadowing this adviser, you will be attending client meetings, taking notes, and perfecting your skills. The adviser you would be working with has an extensive client bank which you’ll share and work with during your training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with their new and ongoing financial plans
- Assist the administrators and paraplanners when required with paperwork and reports
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, be a point of contact for any queries
- Attend meetings, travel when required with the adviser to meetings in London and the local area
- Ensure you understand and implement client financial objectives within a compliant manner

- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or near completion)
- Drive and determination to succeed
- Proven ability to deal with new and existing clients on a fee basis
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Be professional with excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Previous experience in Financial Services either in admin, paraplanning, or as a trainee financial planner
- Technical/product knowledge and effective communication of wide-ranging holistic financial planning strategies & solutions
