Our client is a prestigious wealth management company based in Cardiff. They are going through a period of growth and expansion and are in need of an experienced Acquisition and Novation Administrator. This is an exciting time to join our client during a time of expansion and acquisition of business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective preparation of agencies, policies and databases in order to achieve and manage an effective Novation of clients and to ensure any company acquisition projects are integrated smoothly into the business.
The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that all agencies are prepared and novated effectively
- Ensure that all novation data information is recorded centrally
- Prepare mailshots to clients pre and during the novation process
- Ensure all clients are allocated to the correct advisor and that the necessary permissions are allocated
The successful candidate will have an understanding and knowledge of Inteliflo and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience within a similar role with excellent reporting, analytical and data management skills.
Additionally, the right candidate will have experience of working within a regulated financial services business with an understanding of the relevant FCA regulations.
