Recruit UK is working on a rare opportunity for an Administration Manager to join a well-regarded wealth management firm in Birmingham.
This role will include managing two team leaders and their subsequent teams, through activities such as 1-2-1s and appraisals, as well as managing workflows and dealing with complex administrative tasks.
This firm will provide continued career development support and have a genuine focus on the well-being of its staff.
