Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an Administrator in Tredegar to join a Financial planning firm.
Our client is growing financial planning practise who are looking to take on a handful of back-office staff to support their advisers. They take pride in the technical support they are able to give individuals seeking financial advice, and currently require an administrator to support this.
The Administrators role will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Basic administration duties; incoming calls, redirecting emails, filling, etc.
- Liaising with clients both face to face and via telephone and email
- Communicating with product advisers
- Keeping the database up to date
- Preparing meeting rooms

- IFA or Wealth Management background – Essential
