Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an Adviser Support Operations Manager in Glasgow to join a financial advice firm. You will lead the Paraplanners and Administrators in their Glasgow office. My client is a national firm with a network of shared experience and knowledge. They work with both private and corporate clients. They work closely with their professional connections and their private client aim is to help them successfully navigate through life’s financial journey.

The role will be working to ensure that the administrators and paraplanners deliver an excellent service to the companies’ key stakeholders and clients, as well as providing efficient support to the financial advisers. As an Operational Manager, your main focus will be taking charge of the personal development of the adviser support team and working closely with other parts of the business as required.

- You should have experience in supporting advisers with a range of tasks.
- You will also be a good communicator and have a working knowledge of the financial services industry across the full range of investments, pensions, retirement solutions and protection business.
