Job Description:
Recruit UK is proud to be working with one of the UK’s leading wealth management firms, looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their Northwich team. As a Business Support Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s operation processes and be responsible for tasks such as handling payments, resolving issues, and maintaining up-to-date records you must hold previous experience within a wealth management or asset management firm.
Duties will include:
- Handle payments, and account changes, and ensure safe handling of assets for SIPP & OFB providers.
- Be a main point of contact and process requests for resolving issues with third-party providers and internal teams.
- Maintain relationships with new SIPP and Offshore Bond Providers.
- Manage relationships and processes with existing SIPP & Offshore Bond Providers.
- Work alongside Front Office teams, Fund Managers and Financial Advisers.
- Oversee onboarding and transfers for SIPP & Offshore Bond accounts and report any issues.
- Organize and check account opening notifications and related queries.
- Keep CRM system up to date
- Review and improve current operational processes.
- Assist in producing MI and tasks related to risk events in the Client Operations department.

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience within operations in a wealth management or asset management firm
- Risk management skills
- Pensions experience
- CISI Investment Operations Certificate is desirable
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
