Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Client Administrator in Wimborne to join a Wealth Management practice.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful firm that concentrates on helping each individual in a bespoke manner.
The position is to become a Client Services Administrator, therefore, if you’re a client-focused individual with a passion for putting their needs first look no further.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Liaising between client and adviser
- Letter writing, scanning and filing
- Helping to build meeting packs
- Diary management
- Ensuring systems and client portfolios updated
- Chasing any outstanding paperwork and applications
- Ad hoc administration duties and holiday cover if required
- Excellent supportive working environment

- Support with obtaining exams if interested
- Salary £18,000 – £24,000 (negotiable)
- Financial services experience including a broad knowledge of financial services products (desirable).
- A relevant recognised industry qualification such as the full Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) is desired.
- Ability to deal with multiple queries at any one time.
- Utilise judgment and experience to suggest solutions to queries.
