Currently working with a highly experienced financial planning company based around the South West.
This particular role is based in the Exeter office as a Client Manager – a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to get into Financial Services with a company that will help with training and development.
About you:
*Strong communication skills; written and verbal
*Customer service experience
*Excellent administration, prioritisation and time management
*Accuracy in the workplace, follow processes
*Adapt to change, enthusiasm to grow, contribute and develop with the business
*Not necessary to be from a financial services background
*MS Office skills
Financial Services experience and qualifications/study desirable but not essential as full training and development will be supported/given. Successful candidates will also have an aptitude to take on responsibility for the client work they are given and follow it through to completion.
Duties include but not limited to:
*Process new business
*Service inquiries
*Prepare paperwork for client reviews/meetings
*Work closely with Advisers
*Attend Meetings / Client Reviews
*Project work (as required)
*General other duties such as Phone, Post, Appointment bookings, Scanning, Meet & amp, Greet
You will receive:
*Salary between 18-25k
*Benefits inc great pension contribution, death in service, income protection
*Work hours Monday – Friday 9-5pm
