Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join a well-established Financial Advice firm. The firm is looking for an individual who has several years of experience and would be open to working fully remotely.
The role would include providing full administrative support to a team of consultants and financial advisers and would involve working with Group Risk and Insurances. You would be responsible for working with providers, obtaining quotes, document management, client liaison, diary management, new business submissions, report writing, and updating the in-house CRM system. You must have experience with DC Pensions, Group Risk Group PMI, and corporate benefits to be eligible for this role.

Skills and experience required:
- 2/3 years’ experience working within employee benefits administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good telephone manner
- Team player
