Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join a Financial Advice practice in Ferndown.
This is a well-established and growing firm that is looking for motivated, diligent, and experienced Financial Administrators to join their team. Within this role, you will support the Financial Planners and Paraplanners to deliver a high standard of service.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Update back-office systems and client files.
- Secondary point of contact for client queries on behalf of advisors.
- Process post-meeting pack and update information.
- Organize new business and review packs.
- Compile post-meeting packs and update all relevant information.
- Liaise with clients, providers, and advisers.
- Prepare correspondence and reports including review and pre-completion of applications and other forms.
- General administrative duties.
- Client valuations.
- Salary up to £24,000.
- Working hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm
- Pension, generous holiday allowance, and health plan.
- Full training and support with exams/progression.
- Bonus with up to £1,500 award
- Onsite parking.
- Financial administration experience within a pension, protection/investments (desirable)
- Understanding of financial planning process and products (advantageous)
- Completed RO1 – RO6 or part qualified (advantageous)
- IT is literate with experience in Microsoft office, workflow, and financial CRM systems desirable.
