Job Description:
Recruit UK is currently working with a thriving wealth management firm in Birmingham City Centre; it is a small boutique IFA. They focus on longevity with their clients and are a very client-centric company. They are looking for a new Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Updating the CRM and ensuring this is always compliant
- Processing new business
- Assist with quotations and illustrations
- Point of contact for client inquiries
- Packs and portfolio reports for client meetings
- Working alongside paraplanners and advisers to support all parts of financial planning

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience as Financial Planning Administrator
- Ability to use all Microsoft software – Word/Excel/Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- General administration skills
