Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator in Solihull to join a Financial Planning firm. The firm is a Chartered Financial Advice firm that provides a high level of technical financial planning, they provide specialist advice to individuals in areas such as savings and investments retirement planning, inheritance tax planning, and insurance/protection.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Updating the CRM and ensuring this is compliant at all times
- Processing new business
- Assist with quotations and illustrations
- Point of contact for client inquiries
- Use of intelligent office to perform back-office duties
- Packs and portfolio reports for client meetings

Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 1-year experience in financial planning administration
- Attention to detail
- Great organization skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft
