Are you an experienced financial planning administrator? Do you frequently undertake paraplanning duties but don’t receive the appreciation or salary to reflect the extra responsibility? This is your chance to change that.
Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator in the West Hertfordshire area to join an established financial planning firm.
They offer holistic, tailored advice to individuals and businesses and, due to continued growth, are looking to expand their support team. This is a hybrid Paraplanner / Senior Administrator role and will involve supporting Advisers in preparing cases and ensuring that all clients receive excellent service. You must able to demonstrate the firm’s core values of Trust, Truth, and Transparency, which are exhibited by all employees and are reflected in their first-class client service.

- At least 2 years of financial planning administration experience
- Must have some exposure to writing suitability reports
- Familiarity with firm’s software: FE, Defaqto, CashCalc and Intelligent Office (Desirable)
- Industry relevant qualifications (Desirable)
- A genuine desire to progress industry knowledge and technical skills
- A high degree of competency in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise, with keen attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable in line with day-to-day circumstances
