Recruit UK are currently working on an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join a nationwide wealth management company.This award-winning company which shares a connection with more than 17,000 clients, makes a huge commitment to investing in the training and development of its people, recently rolling out several academies and best practice forums including a bespoke leadership course.
Placing value in their staff contributes to the great success and growth of this company which had an increase in business turnover of 71% over the last fiscal year.
You will work as part of a team, supporting wealth planners in their management of a portfolio of clients by: Liaising with policy providers to obtain policy details and illustrations, processing new business applications and tracking to completion, ensuring the client information database is up to date and accurate and that excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Skills and experience required:
- Ideally, previous experience in an administration role
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Interpersonal skills with understanding of the importance of good customer service
- Organisational skills
- NVQ level 3 in Business Administration is desirable but not essential
