Are you a dedicated HR professional with experience in the Financial Service sector?
Recruit UK are working with an international Wealth Management firm, to assist them in their search for a Head of Human Resources.
As this is a dynamic and growing firm, it creates a varied and challenging role. Due to the nature of their business, you will be tasked with coordinating HR across multiple offices in a handful of different countries.
As the Head of HR, you will play a vital role in helping the business achieve its strategic objectives through influencing recruitment, onboarding, ongoing professional development/training, talent management, and implementing effective processes and policies across the business.
