Job Description:
Recruit UK is recruiting for an IFA Administrator to join a thriving wealth management firm based in central Birmingham.
This firm is well-established and award-winning, they’re recognized within the Wealth Management profession, and have a reputation as a great employer that always puts their employee’s successes and development needs first.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Processing new business and servicing existing business
- Facilitating review meetings and new client meetings
- Liaising with clients
- Producing valuations
- Keeping the back office system up to date and producing new electronic files for new clients
- Managing internal documents for meetings

Skills and experience required:
- Educated to A Level (or equivalent)
- Ideally CF1, FA1 or FA2 qualified
- Exposure to utilizing Intelligent Office is preferred
- 2 plus years experience as an IFA administrator
