Job Description:
Recruit UK is working with a growing wealth management firm in Birmingham City Centre; their goal is to provide clients with independent financial advice that helps their clients to retain their wealth. The client is looking for an individual with previous IFA Administration experience, who is looking for a long-term career in the financial planning profession.
Responsibilities:
- Updating the CRM and ensuring this is always compliant
- Processing new business
- Assist with quotations and illustrations
- Point of contact for client enquiries
- Packs and portfolio reports for client meetings
- Working alongside paraplanners and financial advisers to support all parts of financial planning

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience as a Financial Planning Administrator
- Ability to use all Microsoft software – Word/Excel/Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- General administration skills
- Client liaison
