Job Description:
Recruit UK is proud to be working alongside a thriving Independent Financial Planning firm in Redditch, looking to bring on an IFA Administrator. If you are looking for a role that will allow you to utilise your financial planning administration skillset, whilst offering long-term career opportunities, look no further.
Duties will include:
- Processing new business
- Fund switches
- Diary management
- Client liaison
- Working alongside shareholders and Financial Advisers
- Report writing
- Client meeting packs
- Valuations
- General administration duties including inbox management and telephone duties

Skills and experience required:
- Previous Financial Planning Administration experience
- Working towards or hold Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Ability to multitask
- Superb communication skills – both written and verbal
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
