Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator in Brighton.
Our client offers a variety of Wealth Planning for private clients and companies, including Investment management, retirement planning, tax and more. As they continue to grow, expand and merge with other successful IFA firms, they are looking to bring on an IFA Administrator.
Your role as an IFA Administrator will include, but not be limited to:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and product providers
- Maintain accurate client records and general database housekeeping
- Support the Paraplanners with reports and annual leave documentation
- Ensure fee and commission details are set up accurately
- General office duties

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in a Financial Planning Company
- Experience using Intelligent Office (ideal)
- Proven ability to manage and build relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
