Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator in Bristol to join a Financial Planning firm.
Our client is a thriving company that has faced exceptional growth since they started their business. They have a focus on helping clients to uncover and secure their long-term financial goals and as a result of this method and their ongoing success they are now able to bring on another member to the back office team with this IFA Administrator role.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Letters of authority
- Fund switches
- Withdrawals
- Processing new business
- Quotations
- Updating CRM system
- Working alongside Financial Planners and Paraplanners
- Client liaison

Skills and experience required:
- Interest in completing Level 4 Diploma
- Previous experience within financial planning profession as a financial administrator, paraplanner or client manager
- Passion for providing a quality service
