Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an IFA Administrator in Romsey to join a growing financial advice firm.
To provide reception and administrative support to ensure the efficient running of the Office.
Role Requirements:
Your role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Dealing with the daily post (in and out of the office)
- Scanning
- First point of Contact for Meeting and greeting clients
- First point of Contact for incoming telephone calls, taking messages when appropriate
- Dealing with the general e-mail inbox
- Issuing and chasing Letters of Authorities for the Financial Planners
- Scanning
- Stationary orders for all Offices
- Ensuring Boardroom and Office are tidy for client meetings
- Responsible for Petty Cash
- Mailshots
