About the Role:

Our client is seeking an IFA administrator to join their team in Salisbury. In this pivotal role, effective communication, organisation, and timekeeping skills are essential to ensure the seamless execution of tasks while maintaining robust connections with all relevant stakeholders. As a regulated profession, our unwavering focus is on delivering exceptional client service.
The role:
- Work collaboratively with Directors, Financial Planners, Paraplanners and the wider admin team.
- Support to gather information from providers and clients.
- Process advice transactions and uphold high standards of client servicing.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of suitability reports to financial advisers, aligning with company policy and current regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Execute duties in strict accordance with the rules and regulations outlined by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry as an IFA Admin.
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on client contact, office ethos, back-office systems, and technology.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements set by the Financial Conduct Authority.
- Willingness to undertake professional development, including the LP2 CII exam and beyond.
