My client is a leading South West based accountancy firm. Their Taunton office are looking for an administrator to join their team on a full-time basis to support their growing success.
You will join a specialist financial planning department where you will be supported throughout your study to achieve further qualifications. The company offers career progression to match your goals and ambitions.
To be successful you will have had previous financial planning experience and ideally knowledge of Avelo/Iress systems although this is not essential as training on these systems can be given.
Your duties will include;
- Entering details onto Adviser Office (Avelo/Iress)
- Processing new business applications, liaising with providers to completion.
- Providing office support with telephones, post and other correspondence.
- Communicating with clients, taking messages and setting up meetings as required.
