We are working with an investment platform in Bristol who are currently expanding their support team.
You will be a vital instrument to the daily to pay processing of items for the investment administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to gain a career with a reputable and well thought of company.
- Liaising with clients and processing AML checks for any clients who do not automatically pass the automated check
- Picking up any rejected transfers from DST and communicating between the key stakeholders to resolve and reprocess
- Handling all outbound communication to the end client, including emails, phone calls and letters.
- Providing support to the telephone team as and when required.
For this role the ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a similar setting. Have direct client experience and understand the importance of great customer service.
