Job Description:
Recruit UK are working with a fantastic IFA practice in London, looking to streamline their process by bringing in a Operations Manager.
This IFA specialises in supporting business owners, city professionals and lawyers across the South West with bespoke wealth planning and investment management. Whilst they have a highly successful business, they know that now is a great time to hire an Operations Manager to help with their continued growth!
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Co-ordinate and chair weekly, quarterly and annual business review meetings
- Manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers
- Measure, monitor and manage company goals and business metrics
- Review and monitor business policies, procedures, processes etc
- Support with HR related matters
- Support with marketing plans and objectives inc. Social media

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in Financial Planning/Investment Management
- Solid understanding of the daily running of a practice and compliance
- Understanding of HR principles (desirable)
- Knowledge of back office systems
