Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and prestigious financial planning company, in Solihull.
They specialise in providing advice to a niche area of professionals and have solid relationships with all of their clients, providing their clients with long-term support and advice. They pride themselves on their expertise in their field and the quality and service they can offer their clients.
They are now seeking a PA (personal assistant) to join the existing team due to the growth and support of one of their senior advisers.
Duties will include:
- Providing ongoing support to a senior adviser
- General administration, including business processing, updating databases, scanning and postal duties
- Day-to-day diary management
- Client query management and liaison
- Basic report writing (managing processes from cradle to grave)

Skills and experience required:
- Previous PA experience (or a variety of sales support duties)
- Experience having worked in a wealth management firm
- Exposure to Intelligent Office is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
