Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner in Glasgow to join a financial advice firm. My client is a national firm with a network of shared experience and knowledge. They work with both private and corporate clients. They work closely with their professional connections and their private client aim is to help them successfully navigate through life’s financial journey.

The role will comprise of working with the Administration team to support the advisers in a range of tasks including correspondence with product providers and clients, researching products and writing suitability reports, as well as providing support to other members of a paraplanning team.

- Financial Services experience with strong technical knowledge and relevant experience.
- You will have good writing skills with the ability to conduct research in connection with investment, retirement and pension planning.
- You should have experience in supporting advisers with a range of tasks.
- You will also be a good communicator and have a working knowledge of the financial services industry across the full range of investments, pensions, retirement solutions and protection business.
- You will be computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
- You should be at or working towards diploma status. Any targets to progress beyond this will be fully supported by the company.
