Job Description:
Recruit UK is working with a well-established Investment firm based in Bromley, looking for an experienced Investment Administrator to join their friendly team.
This firm is renowned for being a happy, healthy workplace with great staff retention rates – this vacancy has come about due to a retirement after years of service.
Duties as a Senior Administrator will involve, but not be limited to:
- Assisting advisors in preparations for meetings
- Oversee training and recruitment plans for new staff members
- Managing admin staff workloads
- Submit and monitor new business processing
- Processing letters of authority
- Arranging internal fund reviews and reports to be written
- Preparing reports for sending to clients
- Booking client meetings and preparing packs for these meetings
- Liaise with clients and third-party providers

Skills/experience needed:
- Experience in wealth administration
