I’m working on an opportunity for an experienced Financial Administrator to join a thriving Wealth Management practice as a Senior Administrator. You’ll be working with a fast-growing, energetic, collaborative, and motivated business.
Within this role, you will provide high-quality support and administrative help to their team of financial planners. You will be a key point of contact for clients and will play an integral part in their financial planning journey.
Key duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Preparing meeting packs
- Issuing letters of authority
- Prepare valuations
- Support with research
- Process new business applications
- Deal with existing business queries
- Obtain illustrations
- AML checks
- Maintain client files on their back-office system
- Liaise with the clients, advisers and providers regularly
- Salary Up to £30,000
- PMI, Protection, Pension, Wellbeing program
- 27 days holiday + bank holiday
- Hybrid working (2/3 days)
- 2 years of experience as a financial administrator
- Knowledge of the financial planning process
- Experience with IO/ similar system advantageous
- Experience working alongside clients and financial planners
- Experience with research/report writing advantageous
