This role is very client-based, so you must be a people person and a great communicator.
This role includes:
- Working closely with the Financial Planners and Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes
- Maintaining back-office systems and client records
- Liaising with operational teams to ensure client process is carried out smoothly
- Processing all business in line with required processes and proactive pipeline management to include establishing new accounts on internal systems and collating AML documentation as required
- Identifying any risks, breaches or errors
- Providing training and coaching to new and existing administrators
- Salary Up to £30,000 (higher salary negotiable depending on experience)
