You will receive full training from the company, they will ensure you’re prepared for the duties ahead. They are experts in a wide range of consumer, commercial, and employment litigation.
You will need experience of the following from within an Independent Financial Advice firm:
- Preparing and issuing letters of authority and data subject access requests to providers, advisers, and other third parties.
- Chasing to obtain information and documentation regarding policy and advice
- Developing relationships with providers, advisers, and other third parties in order to ensure prompt case progression
- Reviewing evidence obtained from the provider, adviser, and third parties.
- Maintaining up-to-date client records and data on the company software, ensuring that the client and firm’s files are well presented, accurate, and compliant.
- Managing incoming posts, filing and scanning documents, updating databases, and answering the telephone as required.
- Operating within the compliance and corporate standards of the business
- Back-office support

Skills and experience required:
- Senior IFA Administration experience, preferably with exposure to paraplanning
- Some R0 exams under your belt (desired)
- A hardworking individual able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong relationship builder
