Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Senior IFA Administrator to join a leading Wealth Management firm to join their team in Bath or Cheltenham.
Our clients specialise in wealth management, investments, and employee benefits, and work closely with their clients to ensure personalized advice is provided to suit their needs. They have a strong back-office team that supports their Advisers and are looking to expand this team.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Preparing and packaging financial planning reports with advisers
- Preparing client letters
- Liaising with product providers
- Assist in the completion of applications/instruction forms
- Obtaining information from clients
- Maintaining accurate client information
- Assisting with annual reviews and onboarding of new clients
- Ad hoc duties where required
