Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Wealth Management Administrator to join a well-established IFA practice in Guildford.
This friendly firm has a lovely work culture, with plenty of collaboration and a supportive atmosphere. There is also the opportunity to progress into advice in the long-term if this is of interest, however the firm is equally happy with a career administrator.
Duties will include preparing review packs for client meetings, performing fund switches, processing letters of authority and liaising with providers, financial advisers and clients.
Benefits:
- Salary between £28,000 – £35,000

Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working within wealth management administration
- Use of IO and Transact (desirable)
- Self-motivated and excellent written/verbal communication skills
